He also works in cases of unlawful use of these rights, the repression of acts of unfair competition and nullity of administrative acts, besides providing legal assistance in contracts in various sectors of the economy. He is a member of various entities from this sector: Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI), Paulista Association of Intellectual Property (ASPI), Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI), and International Trademark Association (INTA). During his career, he has worked at reputable law firms in the country and at large companies from the foods and equipment manufacturing sector.
