PROFILE
Focusing on civil litigation, corporate and arbitration, he has broad experience in devising strategies to solve complex conflicts, working on major cases and before the courts of the entire country. His portfolio includes domestic and international clients, and provides consultancy to other law firms as well, having taken part in key lawsuits. During the course of his career, he practiced as a lawyer on major national firms and was a member of the Privatizations Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) - São Paulo Chapter and Rapporteur of the Commission for Monitoring and Inspecting Privatized Highways of the State of São Paulo. He has been a consultant at the firm BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão since 2007 and is an arbitrator of the Specialized Mediation and Arbitration Chamber (CAMES). Founding partner of Mesquita Ribeiro Advogados.
