With 25 years' experience in the labor sector, she is a specialist in individual and collective labor law, chiefly in the defense of corporate interests in consultancy and litigation. He acts in the Labor Court with urgent measures and public civil actions and collective actions, and also in the ambit of union relations, especially in collective negotiations, entering into collective work agreements or arrangements. Before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, he monitors companies during tax actions to prevent notices of assessment, and performs jobs specifically geared towards Regional and Higher Labor Courts. He was a member of the Labor Law and Union Commissions of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) and Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Ribeirão Preto/SP and rapporteur of the 13th Disciplinary Panel of the Court of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Worked at national law firms representing clients in lawsuits and in administrative proceedings.
